Every FitCoach workout consists of high-quality video guides as well as step-by-step audio instructions and tips on how to follow a diet and exercise plan to achieve your fitness goals. You will receive everything you need to work out effectively and lose weight.
Using data about your physical fitness level and lifestyle, the FitCoach app generates an individual workout plan for you. You will get fresh workout ideas that will keep you motivated and won’t let you get bored with monotonous exercises. Customize your training plan by choosing activities you like and a convenient workout schedule.
To change your training goal, fitness level, or target zones, please go to ‘Settings’ (upper-right corner on the main tab) - ‘Set your goal’.To change your current training plan (difficulty level, workout schedule, or training sets), click on ‘Customize plan’.
To customize your workout plan, the app will ask you to answer a few simple questions about your goals and preferences. FitCoach will create a plan based on the input you provide. Every plan is designed to, first, help you achieve your goal, second, keep you interested and motivated, and, third, offer you a program that will be easy to follow.Every day, the plan will offer you some main and additional activities but you're not supposed to do all of them in a row. It's okay to complete them at different times of the day.
Our app works in such a way that if you haven't completed the workout for that day, it is automatically rescheduled to the next training session according to your plan. This gives you the opportunity to work out whenever you can or want, and you won’t miss anything. You arrange your workout schedule, so you can train every day or just three times a week. It is always up to you.
